This business founded in 2014 by professional personal chefs to deliver fresh, organic, high end planned cooked meals, with service primarily between Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco. This isn’t just a delivery service, but an avenue to eat like royalty… without the cooking or the planning.

The Ask

Kooshi Gourmet came to SB with the need for location relative digital advertising and digital strategy. They can’t market to the whole country based on interest, their vans don’t travel to Jersey, so we had to find a way to get them some legitimate new business in the LA and SanFrancisco area. They wanted us to come up with a strategy for how to improve product sales amongst competition, and gather reach in the Southern California region.

The Solution

Paid Social - Utilization of dynamic, internal, and interest based audiences in a variety of conversion and traffic based campaigns to draw the attention of the local population. We positioned them as a higher level gourmet daily meal, but at an affordable price point, which was key in this market. In effect, Facebook advertising has resulted in over 4.5x ROAS on average, surpassing the ask of 3x the spend. AdWords advertising has generated a 30.6% conversion rate. 

Paid Search - Setup and configuration of ad platforms for campaign building, as well as setup for Google Analytics. Tracking was important here because we needed to establish where we were getting the most leads since this client isn’t selling a product, but more of a service. Utilization of many search audiences in a variety of branded, non-branded, dynamic, and Google shopping campaigns gave us an easy in to people searching for meal options quickly.

SEO - Complete SEO audit and implementation of updates as needed allowed us to develop a more successful organic funnel that brought in new leads through search engine searches for meal prep, which happens to be a popular search term. Also full Conversion Optimization analysis and implementation allowed us to fully work and rework their user experience, to make it easy to sign up.
