As a business owner, I am proud to employ people of all ideologies, creeds, colors, and backgrounds – A practice that myself, my partners, and our company are firmly committed to continuing and expanding. Our biggest strength as a world community is our ability to listen to and learn from all our differences and work to improve ourselves in a consistent, ongoing manner. We have always and will always condemn racism and will continue to operate every facet of our business with these same principles, that have undoubtedly brought strength and growth to Slicedbread Agency and the family that we have built. I hope and pray that we can put everyone on equal footing and to lift up all people as true equals. We believe in the people of the United States of America and have faith that we will do the right thing for our black brothers and sisters by working to dismantle white supremacy and the poison it has injected into this country from its birth – Most notably at the hands of publicly funded police forces exacting state violence in the communities of BIPOC.

To put our money where our mouth is, both Slicedbread and I personally will be donating to the ACLU (https://www.aclu.org/) to further the cause and support the movement. We will continue to allow and encourage our employees to take PTO in order to listen, to educate themselves, to organize, to demonstrate, and to contribute in any manner that they are able towards these collective goals.
