Buffbunny Collection is an e-commerce fitness apparel brand owned and founded by Heidi Somers, a renowned fitness influencer. One of the biggest differentiators of Buffbunny Collection (besides its unique designs, inclusive sizing collection, and fabrics) from competitors is that their business model does rely on pre-orders. Instead they have a regular new collection drop schedule that is announced via digital marketing efforts and affiliate programs. 

The Ask

Priorities were to continue scaling the business and to get strategic insight into their marketing efforts. Buffbunny Collection had previous agencies and managers handle Facebook and Google Ads but with good-looking ROAS, however, there was no way for the Buffbunny Collection team to truly see where their revenue was coming from due to lack of strategic ad structuring, budget, and reporting.
