The M Jewelers is an international e-commerce fine & demi-fine jewelry brand with several brick and mortar stores around New York City.

The Ask

The M Jewelers was looking to us to help their topline revenue and increase overall sales volume, optimize Google Ads and Facebook. Facebook performance had gone down significantly in previous months largely due to the Facebook performance issues caused by iOS 14.5. They were also in need of a creative audit to see what had been working, what wasn’t, and what was in the competitive landscape.

The Solution

Facebook Ads: We utilized interest-based affinity and lookalike audiences, internal audiences, with a mix of new creative and tested old top-performing ads.

Google Ads: We utilized branded and non-brand search; re-launched and rebuilt smart shopping campaigns to best utilize top-performing product categories and set individual ROAS goals based on volume.
